Leadership
Dillan Davis is a licensed attorney, real estate developer, and entrepreneur with a deep-rooted passion for St. Petersburg. Focused on creating innovative residential products in the city, he combines legal expertise with hands-on experience in zoning, permitting, and municipal law to develop high-quality communities. With an emphasis on modern architecture and thoughtful urban development, he works to bring well-designed, forward-thinking projects to St. Petersburg.
A graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Accounting, Dillan went on to earn both an MBA and Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. His dedication to municipal law and love for the city of St. Petersburg led him to internships with the City of St. Petersburg Attorney’s Office and the Pinellas County Attorney’s Office, where he gained firsthand experience in land use law, zoning regulations, and local governance.
With expertise in ground-up residential construction, rezoning, land entitlement, and property law, Dillan is committed to delivering developments that align with the city's growth while providing lasting value for residents and investors alike.
