Dillan Davis, Esq.
PRINCIPAL, DAVIS DEVELOPMENT
Dillan Davis is a licensed Florida attorney, real estate developer, and founder of Davis Development. A St. Petersburg native, Dillan founded the company with a focus on creating thoughtfully designed residential projects that contribute to the St. Petersburg community he grew up in.
His background spans real estate development, ground-up construction, land use, zoning, and property law, bringing a disciplined perspective to both the creative and technical sides of development. Through Davis Development, his work focuses on ground-up single-family residences and townhome communities throughout St. Petersburg, Gulfport, and Pinellas County.
Dillan earned his degree in Accounting from Florida State University before earning both his Juris Doctor and MBA from Stetson University. During law school, he completed internships with the City of St. Petersburg Attorney’s Office and the Pinellas County Attorney’s Office, gaining firsthand experience in land use, zoning, municipal law, and local government.
Through Davis Development, Dillan’s focus is on creating distinctive residential projects defined by thoughtful architecture, elevated design, quality construction, and lasting value.
Tyler Davis
OWNER, DAVIS BUILDING GROUP
Tyler Davis is the owner of Davis Building Group, the licensed contracting company engaged to construct Davis Development homes. As Dillan’s brother, Tyler works closely with the development team while leading the construction operations of Davis Building Group.
Tyler oversees the day-to-day execution of each home, coordinating trades, construction schedules, inspections, and field operations from the start of construction through completion. His hands-on involvement provides continuity throughout the building process and keeps construction decisions close to the jobsite.
His focus is on executing each project with attention to detail, consistent construction standards, and an emphasis on building homes designed to perform well for years to come.

Anna Nizzardini
CO-FOUNDER & INTERIOR DESIGNER, ABODE HOME DESIGN
Anna Nizzardini is an interior designer and co-founder of Abode Home Design, the interior design firm behind Davis Development homes. She leads the interior design and finish direction of Davis residences, bringing a professionally trained approach to space planning, materials, finishes, and the details that give each home its individual character.
A graduate of Florida State University’s Interior Design program, Anna’s work through Abode extends beyond Davis Development to custom residential projects, including multimillion-dollar homes, giving her experience across a range of architectural styles and client needs.
Anna is Dillan’s wife. The two are St. Petersburg natives and high school sweethearts, making design a particularly personal part of the Davis Development story. Their longstanding relationship creates a natural collaboration between development and interior design, allowing the architectural vision and interiors of a home to be considered together from the earliest stages of a project.
Anna’s approach balances timeless materials with distinctive details, creating interiors that feel elevated, intentional, and individual to each home.
